Terms

Persons using this site understand that this is a non government site which offers assistance to retail businesses with some U.S government documents and services. Services offered are application assistance for license or permits. Persons wanting to accept EBT SNAP for their retail business may at their own discretion, use this site for assistance in obtaining such services. Rapid Ebt LLC, does not process applications or issue permits. Our roll is to prepare an application submit the said application on the retailer's behalf to the government agency. The government agency will then process the said application and notify the retailer of their decision. Rapid EBT LLC may at the retailer's request process financial transactions via a POS or card machine for the retailer once permit is approved. Rapid Ebt LLC offer paid assistance services. All payments made for services offered are non-refundable. Retailer must sign a separate agreement for financial processing services. Equipment leases are offered by a third party company under a seperate agreement.

Rapid Ebt LLC, grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site, subject to the Terms.
